Football Recap: Buhach Colony Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Buhach Colony lost against Golden Valley back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Thunder were just a hair shy of victory and fell 20-19 to the Cougars. The Thunder gained 55 more yards on the day, but it was the Cougars that made the best use of them.

Buhach Colony's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Charles Peterson, who picked up 60 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns, and Dayton Fitzgerald, who threw for 80 yards and three TDs.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Golden Valley to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jaren Bell, who picked up 61 receiving yards and two scores. That's the most receiving yards Bell has posted since back in September of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Gab Richards, who threw for 111 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only nine passes.

Buhach Colony now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Golden Valley, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.
