Soccer Recap: Lynnwood Takes a Loss

Lynnwood and Kamiak pushed the score to 7-2 the last time they played Kamiak, but on Friday defenses reigned supreme. The Royals fell 2-0 to the Knights. That's two games in a row now that Lynnwood have lost by exactly two goals.

Lynnwood dropped their record down to 2-8-1 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Kamiak, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-4-2 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lynnwood will take on Edmonds-Woodway at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kamiak, they will face off against Jackson at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
