 Red Mountain can now show off 12 landslide victories after their most recent  contest  on Thursday. They were the clear victor by  a  13-3 margin over the Dobson Mustangs. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Red Mountain also won the last time the pair played  back in March.
  Jacob Maldonado looked comfortable as he  didn't allow a single  earned run over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive pitching appearances.  Cade Olsen came in to relieve  Maldonado and was airtight, giving up no runs, hits or walks in his one  inning pitched.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Chade Wilson, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances.  Jake Gorrell was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 2-for-2.
 On Dobson's side,  Tristin Watson made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  scored a  run while going 1-for-1. The team also got some help courtesy of  Aaron Mutascio, who  went 1-for-2 with a  stolen base and  an  RBI.
 Red Mountain is  on a roll lately: they've  won ten of their last 12 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record  this season. As for Dobson, their loss was  their fourth straight at home, which  dropped their record down to 10-11.
 Red Mountain will take on Brophy College Prep at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. Both teams have allowed few  runs on average, (Brophy College Prep: 3, Red Mountain: 3.2) so any  runs scored will be well earned. As for Dobson, they will head out on the road to  face off against  Mesa at 3:45  p.m.  on Monday. Dobson is facing Mesa at the right time seeing as Mesa is stuck on  a  three-game losing streak.
