Soccer Recap: Foothill Finishes Even with Del Oro

While Foothill's fans didn't get a definitive result on Friday, they were treated to the team's highest-scoring tie of the season. They and the Del Oro Suns finished up their game with a 2-2 draw.

Bryan Lopez Ortega and Angell Cortes scored both of Foothill's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Foothill's draw gives them a new season record of 10-6-4. As for Del Oro, they moved theirs to 7-10-6.

Foothill will square off against Arvin at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Del Oro, they will face off against Mira Monte at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Mira Monte's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
