Industrial owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Thursday. They came out on top against the Van Vleck Leopards by a score of 4-0. The Cobras haven't had any issues with the Leopards recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Industrial let Kaylee Honc and Aleisa Popp loose on the outfield. Honc went a perfect2-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run, while Popp scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. Popp has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played.

Industrial was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .478. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Van Vleck only posted a batting average of .167.

Industrial's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Van Vleck, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Industrial will square off against Brazos at 5:30 p.m. on February 21st. As for Van Vleck, they will host St. John XXIII at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
