Volleyball Recap: Bakersfield Christian Takes a Loss

Bakersfield Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the San Joaquin Memorial Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Friday.

Bakersfield Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for San Joaquin Memorial, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

Bakersfield Christian has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Clovis North on the 23rd. As for San Joaquin Memorial, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Kingsburg on the 23rd.
