Soccer Recap: Ridgevue Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Ridgevue lost against Rocky Mountain back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Warhawks fell 3-1 to the Grizzlies. While losing is never fun, Ridgevue can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Idaho soccer rankings (they are ranked 43rd, while Rocky Mountain are ranked second).

Ridgevue's goal came courtesy of Levi Hernandez, who's now up to four this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Ridgevue and nudges their season record down to 2-6-1. As for Rocky Mountain, their win bumped their record up to 9-0.

Looking ahead, Ridgevue will challenge Borah at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Rocky Mountain, they will square off against Bishop Kelly at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Bishop Kelly's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
