Basketball Recap: Huron Takes a Loss

Huron suffered their biggest defeat since December 19, 2024 on Wednesday. They had to suffer through a 53-25 loss at the hands of the Norwalk Truckers. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Truckers: they've now lost seven in a row.

Huron's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-9. As for Norwalk, their win was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-1.

Huron will be playing in front of their home fans against Margaretta at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Margaretta will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Huron surely won't give up without a fight. Norwalk has already played their next game (against Columbian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
