Baseball Recap: Emerson Find Success

Emerson won the last time they faced Bowie and things went their way on Saturday too. The Mavericks had just enough and edged out the Volunteers 3-2.

Emerson's victory bumped their record up to 3-1-1. As for Bowie, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Emerson has already played their next game, a 4-2 win against Plano East on the 21st. As for Bowie, they will be taking part in a tournament against Mansfield Timberview at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday.
