Basketball Game Preview: Stilwell Indians vs. Glenpool Warriors

The Stilwell Indians will challenge the Glenpool Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Stilwell will come in still looking for their first win of the season.

Back in December of 2024, Stilwell came up short against Grove and fell 53-40. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 436th, while the Ridgerunners are ranked 177th).

Meanwhile, Glenpool rang in the new year with a 68-57 victory over Pawhuska on Friday.

Stilwell's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Glenpool, their win bumped their record up to 8-5.

Stilwell was dealt a bruising 76-27 loss at the hands of Glenpool in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Glenpool's Aaliyah Shawnee, who went 9 of 15 en route to 22 points along with seven assists and six boards.
