Basketball Recap: West Linn Picks Up 18th Straight Win at Home

On Saturday, West Linn faced Westview in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The West Linn Lions walked away with a 60-53 win over the Westview Wildcats. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

West Linn's win was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 23-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.9 points over those games. As for Westview, they moved to 22-6 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
