Football Recap: Fort Atkinson Comes Up Short

Fort Atkinson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Milton Red Hawks 39-7. While losing is never fun, the Blackhawks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked 293rd, while the Red Hawks are ranked 70th).

Fort Atkinson's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Milton, they pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
