Preview: Cambridge Rindge & Latin vs. Lincoln-Sudbury
Cambridge Rindge & Latin may have come out ahead in their last contest, but they shouldn't get too cocky given who is up next. On Friday they take on Lincoln-Sudbury at 7:00 PM. Cambridge Rindge & Latin aren't expected to win, but seeing as the odds didn't stop them last game, maybe the squad has another upset up their sleeve.
Their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Cambridge Rindge & Latin, but their most recent match may have softened the blow. They had just enough and edged out Watertown 21-19.
Lincoln-Sudbury won against Central with 35 points, and Lincoln-Sudbury decided to stick to that point total again last Friday. Lincoln-Sudbury blew past Melrose 35-13. With Lincoln-Sudbury ahead 28-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Their wins bumped Cambridge Rindge & Latin to 1-1 and Lincoln-Sudbury to 2-0. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Cambridge Rindge & Latin and Lincoln-Sudbury clash.
