Softball Preview: Washington-Liberty Generals vs. George C. Marshall Statesmen        
        
		
            
 The Washington-Liberty Generals will head out on the road to  square off against  the George C. Marshall Statesmen at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
 Last Friday, Washington-Liberty suffered a  tough 25-3 defeat at the hands of Yorktown. Washington-Liberty has now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Washington-Liberty saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Celia Anbinder, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile, George C. Marshall put the finishing touches on their seventh blowout victory of the season  on Friday. They beat Herndon by the very same score they won with in their prior game:  11-0. The  victory was nothing new for George C. Marshall as they're now sitting on four straight.
 Washington-Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for George C. Marshall, they now  have a winning record of 7-6.
 Washington-Liberty suffered a grim  7-1 defeat to George C. Marshall  in their previous meeting  last Thursday. Can Washington-Liberty avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
