They took a  blow against the Seacrest Country Day Stingrays on Thursday, falling  67-11. While losing is never fun, the King's can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings  (they are ranked 517th, while the Stingrays are ranked 55th).
 Seacrest Country Day got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Sasha Rubanova out in front who  posted 17  points. The dominant performance also gave  Rubanova a new career-high in  boards (four). Another player making a difference was  Vicki Chery, who  had ten points and four  steals.
Southwest Florida Christian's defeat was  their seventh straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Seacrest Country Day, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won nine of their last ten contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record  this season.
 Southwest Florida Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Seacrest Country Day, they have already played their next match,  a  59-28  victory against Babcock on the 8th.
