Ayala has gone 9-1 against Glendora recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Ayala Bulldogs will welcome the Glendora Tartans at 3:30 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average, (Ayala 3.5, Glendora 3.1) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Ayala is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victor by a 9-1 margin over Chino Hills on Friday. The Bulldogs not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since May 7, 2024.

Isaac Huver looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Ayala is 2-1 when Huver allowsone or fewer hits, but 1-2 otherwise.
On the hitting side, Dylan Wood was excellent, scoring a run and stealing Two bases. while going 1-for-3. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Codey Brown, who scored three runs while going 2-for-4.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Glendora, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Upland a 2-0 shutout on Wednesday. While the Tartans didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.
Aaron Jacobsen made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-2.
In other pitching news, Tanner Grable looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance gave him a new career-low in hits.
Jacobsen wasn't the only one making solid contact as two players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Kai Zeits, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
Glendora is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. The victory got Ayala back to even at 3-3.
Ayala took their win against Glendora when the teams last played back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 8-2. Will Ayala repeat their success, or does Glendora have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
