Softball Recap: Lynnwood Comes Up Short

Lynnwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 13-1 to the Edmonds-Woodway Warriors. The Royals were not able to make up for their loss to the Warriors from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Lynnwood's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Edmonds-Woodway, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Lynnwood will square off against rival Archbishop Murphy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Edmonds-Woodway is set to take on their familiar foe Everett at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
