Soccer Recap: Trinity Lutheran Comes Up Short

If Trinity Lutheran was riding high fresh off their 9-0 takedown of Austin last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cougars came up short against the Indianapolis Lutheran Saints on Tuesday, falling 5-0.

Trinity Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Indianapolis Lutheran, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Trinity Lutheran will face off against North Harrison at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Trinity Lutheran is facing North Harrison at the right time seeing as North Harrison is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Indianapolis Lutheran, they will challenge Heritage Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The contest will give Indianapolis Lutheran their first taste of in-conference action this season.
