Soccer Game Preview: South Hills vs. Trimble Tech

South Hills has won four straight games at home, while Trimble Tech has won four straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Scorpions will host the Bulldogs at 7:45 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

South Hills is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They put the hurt on Polytechnic with a sharp 6-1 victory on Tuesday. Given South Hills' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 135th, while Polytechnic are ranked 614th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Trimble Tech made easy work of Polytechnic on Friday and carried off a 4-1 win. Trimble Tech might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by three goals or more this season.

South Hills' victory bumped their record up to 9-4-2. As for Trimble Tech, their win bumped their record up to 16-5.
