Basketball Recap: Dunbar Takes a Loss

Dunbar lost against City College back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Poets fell 52-41 to the Black Knights.

Dunbar's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for City College, the victory was the seventh in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Dunbar will challenge Woodlawn on Friday. As for City College, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on McDonogh at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2026.
