Union City has gone a perfect 3-0 against Iroquois recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Bears will head out to square off against the Braves at 7:15 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Union City will head out to face Iroquois after giving up their first home loss of the season on Thursday. The Bears lost 3-0 to Cathedral Prep.

Union City was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Cathedral Prep work for it, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-14, 26-24.

Meanwhile, Iroquois came up short against Harbor Creek on Monday, falling 3-0.

While Iroquois was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Harbor Creek's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-19, 25-20.

Union City's defeat dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Iroquois, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7-2.

Everything went Union City's way against Iroquois in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Union City made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bears since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
