Football Recap: Our Lady of Lourdes Starts Season with Victory at Home

Our Lady of Lourdes gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They snuck past the La Salle Institute Cadets with a 44-38 victory. This was payback for the Warriors, who suffered a 28-8 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Looking ahead, Our Lady of Lourdes will host Monroe-Woodbury at 7:00 p.m. on the 12th. As for La Salle Institute, they are taking a road trip to take on South Glens Falls at 7:00 p.m. on the 12th.
