Basketball Game Preview: Ravenwood Raptors vs. Smyrna Bulldogs + How To Watch

The Ravenwood Raptors and the Smyrna Bulldogs will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest, having both just played. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Monday, Ravenwood took their game with ease, bagging a 63-32 win over KIPP Global. With the Raptors ahead 40-12 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Meanwhile, Smyrna came up short against Nolensville on Monday and fell 67-57. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ravenwood will have to contain Elliyon Kinzer as he made an impact in Smyrna's last game. He shot 41% from the field to rack up 37 points in addition to six boards and four steals. The contest was Kinzer's fourth in a row with at least 17 points. Kaden Matthews was another key player, putting up 14 points and six rebounds.

Smyrna now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Ravenwood, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Ravenwood was able to grind out a solid victory over Smyrna in their previous meeting back in November of 2015, winning 65-58. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Bulldogs' Taylor Cunningham, who dropped a double-double with 25 points and 16 boards.
