Preview: Henley vs. The Dalles

Henley has had a week off and is no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will square off against The Dalles at 6 p.m. ET on Friday. The Hornets have a defense that allows only 12.63 points per game, so The Dalles' offense will have their work cut out for them.

Henley was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap two weeks ago as they fell 14-10 to Mazama.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for the Riverhawks against Valley Catholic last Friday as the squad secured a 58-13 win. Okean Green had a stellar game for the Riverhawks as he picked up 66 yards on the ground on six carries and snatched two receiving TDs. Green has now scored at least one touchdown in the past seven games. Green ended up with 107 receiving yards, more than he has had in any other game this season.

The Dalles' victory lifted them to 5-4 while Henley's defeat dropped them down to 7-1. We'll find out if the Riverhawks can add another positive mark to their record or if the Hornets can shake off the loss and take the spring out of The Dalles' step.
