Recap: Frankfort-Schuyler Maroon Knights vs. Pembroke Dragons
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Frankfort-Schuyler Maroon Knights, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They had to suffer through a rough 107-64 loss at the hands of Pembroke. Frankfort-Schuyler's defeat signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.
Tyson Totten got back to being his usual excellent self, as he rushed for 626 yards and ten touchdowns while picking up 20.9 yards per carry. Totten was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 65 yards. Another player making a difference was Caleb Felski, who rushed for 146 yards and three touchdowns on only 13 carries.
Frankfort-Schuyler's defeat dropped their record down to 10-0. As for Pembroke, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 12-1.
Frankfort-Schuyler does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Pembroke will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Moravia at 12:00 p.m. on November 24th. Moravia is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
