It was a good run, but Milwaukee Lutheran unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took a hard 75-56 fall against the Pewaukee Pirates. While losing is never fun, the Red Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 136th, while the Pirates are ranked 25th).

Milwaukee Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Pewaukee, they moved to 15-10 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Milwaukee Lutheran will take on Baraboo at 7:00 p.m. on March 7th. Pewaukee does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
