Volleyball Recap: Garden Grove Takes a Loss

Garden Grove was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Peninsula Panthers.

Garden Grove's loss dropped their record down to 12-18. As for Peninsula, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.

Garden Grove has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Woodrow Wilson on the 19th. As for Peninsula, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Woodbridge on the 19th.
