Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Horton). Everything went their way against the Atchison County Tigers on Saturday as they made off with an 18-4 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Chargers as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Horton's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Atchison County, they dropped their record down to 0-10 with the loss, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Atchison County has already played their next matchup, a 23-4 defeat against Jackson Heights on the 12th. Hopefully Horton payed attention to the Tigers' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
