Volleyball Recap: Wood Memorial Comes Up Short

The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Titans recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Mylee Rhoden paced Wood Memorial's offense, picking up seven kills. Rhoden got some help from Kennedy Jarboe and her 22 assists.

Wood Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Gibson Southern, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-2.

Wood Memorial has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Princeton on the 20th. As for Gibson Southern, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Evansville Reitz on the 20th.
