The 2019 high school football season in Sacramento is in the books and the final MaxPreps Computer Rankings have been produced.
Sac-Joaquin Section Division I champion Oak Ridge (11-3) finished on top. The Trojans rattled off eight consecutive wins en route to the section title after dropping back-to-back games in September.
Perennial power Folsom (10-2) had a down season by its lofty standards but still finished No. 2 in the local rankings.
No. 3 Monterey Trail (12-2) fell to Oak Ridge in the section title game but beat Folsom in the semifinals.
The MaxPreps Computer Rankings take into account quality wins (against other highly ranked opponents) and strength of schedule. Playoff wins are weighted heavier than regular season games.
