Cross Plains won the last time they faced Rising Star and things went their way on Friday too. The Cross Plains Buffaloes put the hurt on the Rising Star Wildcats with a sharp 55-35 win. The Buffaloes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 20 points or more this season.

Cross Plains has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season. As for Rising Star, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-12.

Coming up, Cross Plains and Zephyr will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for Rising Star, they will challenge Sidney at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
