Volleyball Recap: Martin County Comes Up Short at Home Against Benjamin + How To Watch

Martin County unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Benjamin Buccaneers on Thursday. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Buccaneers recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Martin County was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Benjamin work for it, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 26-24, 25-23.

The win (which was Benjamin's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Martin County will host Legacy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Benjamin, they will challenge Pine Crest at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The match will give the Buccaneers their first taste of in-conference action this season.
