Soccer Recap: Cocalico's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Monday

Cocalico kept a clean sheet against Shippensburg on Monday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Greyhounds. Given Cocalico's advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 78th, while Shippensburg are ranked 218th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Cocalico's victory bumped their record up to 13-3-3. As for Shippensburg, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Cocalico nor Shippensburg have any future games scheduled.
