Rolland Williams gave up the fewest walks he has since back in February on Tuesday. He struck out seven batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
