Tri County had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They really took it to the Wilber-Clatonia Wolverines for the full four quarters, racking up a 58-21 victory. The Trojans pushed the score to 51-13 by the end of the third, a deficit the Wolverines cut but never quite recovered from.

Drew Siems went supernova, going 8-for-19 to rack up 20 points along with eight boards and five assists. Zach Vossler was another key player, shooting 50% from the field en route to 12 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals.
