After losing to Hutto the last time they met, Cedar Ridge decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Raiders narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Hippos 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for Cedar Ridge.

Eliana Constanza and Gaby Jaimes scored both of Cedar Ridge's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Cedar Ridge's win bumped their record up to 3-1-1. As for Hutto, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.
