The Waterloo Bulldogs will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on the Granite City Warriors at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.

Waterloo is headed into their home opener looking to turn things around after starting their season on the road. They fell 3-1 to Belleville East on Tuesday. The matchup was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Bulldogs couldn't quite close it out.

Meanwhile, Granite City kept a clean sheet against Collinsville on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Kahoks. The victory continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Kahoks: they've now won five in a row.
