The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Crusaders had established a 29 point advantage.
Appling Christian Academy better focus on containing Jefferson Weaver and Aidan Massey as the pair were huge in Faith Baptist Christian Academy's win. Weaver went 7 of 9 en route to 14 points along with five boards and four blocks, while Massey dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. Weaver is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed three or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Gordon Boyd, who put up eight points in addition to six boards and three steals.
Faith Baptist Christian Academy now has a winning record of 13-12. As for Appling Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.
