Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Cristo Rey St. Martin

The Cristo Rey St. Martin CRSM snuck past the Christian Liberty Chargers with a 45-40 win thanks in part to Chapa, who almost dropped a double-double on 25 points and nine boards. Her afternoon made it 14 games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

The victory got Cristo Rey St. Martin back to even at 3-3. As for Christian Liberty, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.

Cristo Rey St. Martin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 62-25 loss against Waukegan on the 11th. As for Christian Liberty, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 65-35 defeat against Harvest Christian Academy on the 13th.
