Basketball Recap: Faith Christian Takes a Loss

Faith Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by the Prior Lake Christian Royals 76-47. The Saints were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-20.

It was another big night for Elijah Wilson, who to rack up 24 points in addition to eight rebounds and six steals for Prior Lake Christian. What's more, Wilson also posted a 40% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in January. Another player making a difference was Noah Morgan, who on his way to 17 points along with six blocks and five boards.

Faith Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Prior Lake Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 23-11.

Faith Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Prior Lake Christian, they will take on Community Christian at 7:30 p.m. on March 6th. Prior Lake Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 62 points per game this season.
