Picayune suffered their biggest defeat since September 19, 2024 on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to the Biloxi Indians. The Maroon Tide have struggled against the Indians recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Picayune's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Biloxi, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Picayune is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on St. Patrick at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Biloxi, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Pascagoula on the 9th.
