Baseball Recap: Hayes Continues Home Dominance on Monday

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hayes). They were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Westerville North Warriors on Monday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Hayes' win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-5. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.1 runs over those games. As for Westerville North, they moved to 3-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
