Volleyball Recap: South Pasadena Comes Up Short

South Pasadena's tournament run continued when they took on Long Beach Poly on Saturday. The South Pasadena Tigers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

South Pasadena now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Long Beach Poly, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.

South Pasadena will head out on the road to square off against La Canada at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. South Pasadena is facing La Canada at the right time seeing as La Canada is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Long Beach Poly, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Capistrano Valley Christian on the 15th.
