Baseball Recap: Bethel Takes a Loss

Bethel lost against Kenton Ridge back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bees lost 9-1 to the Cougars.

Bethel saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Landon Gray, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Bethel has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-8 record this season. As for Kenton Ridge, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bethel will host Miami East at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Vikings will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Bees surely won't give up without a fight. As for Kenton Ridge, they will square off against Piqua at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
