Football Recap: East Has No Trouble Against Upper Moreland

East won against Academy Park last Friday with 27 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. The Vikings were the clear victors by a 27-7 margin over the Upper Moreland Bears. This was payback for the Vikings, who suffered a 21-14 defeat the last time these two teams met.

East's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Upper Moreland, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, East will be playing in front of their home fans against Upper Merion Area at 7:00 p.m. on September 5. As for Upper Moreland, they are taking a road trip to face off against John Bartram at 1:00 p.m. on September 6.
