Irving has gone a perfect 10-0 against MacArthur recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Irving challenge the MacArthur at 7:15 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Irving has three straight victories, MacArthur has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Irving made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Berkner, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Irving was the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over Berkner on Friday. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 60th, while the Rams are ranked 280th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, MacArthur didn't have quite enough to beat Pearce on Friday and fell 3-2.

MacArthur's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Irving, their win bumped their record up to 12-3.

Irving beat MacArthur 3-1 when the teams last played back in February. The rematch might be a little tougher for Irving since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
