Mogollon won the last time they faced Mayer and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Mogollon Mustangs claimed a resounding 70-14 win over the Mayer Wildcats. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Mogollon had a senior duo take command as Heidi Parry posted 19 points and Marissa Parry put up 14 points. Another player making a difference was Landie Crum, who had eight points.

Mogollon pushed their record up to 12-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.4 points per game. As for Mayer, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.
