Baseball Recap: Dewar Picks Up 36th Straight Win at Home

Dewar strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They put the hurt on the Allen Mustangs with a sharp 11-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Dragons, who have now won 18 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Dewar pushed their record up to 21-0 with the win, which was their 36th straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.1 runs over those games. As for Allen, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-4.

Coincidentally, Dewar and Allen will both be playing New Lima the next time they take the field. The Dragons will host the Falcons at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Mustangs will play them later in the day, at 5:30 p.m.
