Basketball Recap: Jim Hill Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Jim Hill can now relate to. They took a 51-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Harrison Hurricanes on Saturday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Harrison's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from JaMarcus McCalebb, who posted 12 points and five assists. McCalebb is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was KeShawn Cook, who went 5-for-9 to rack up 11 points and seven boards.

Jim Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 16-12. As for West Harrison, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 17 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Jim Hill nor West Harrison have any future games scheduled.
