Football Game Preview: Red Bank Regional vs. Monmouth Regional

If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Red Bank Regional. They will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Monmouth Regional at 7:00 PM. Red Bank Regional will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.

It was all tied up at the half for Red Bank Regional and Raritan last Friday, but Red Bank Regional stepped up in the second half. Red Bank Regional were the clear victor by a 38-14 margin over Raritan. The victory was familiar territory for Red Bank Regional, who now have three in a row.

Meanwhile, Monmouth Regional were able to grind out a solid win over Neptune, winning 30-16. The success made it back-to-back wins for Monmouth Regional.

The last time the two teams met, Red Bank Regional and Monmouth Regional were almost perfectly matched up the last time the two teams met, but Red Bank Regional suffered an agonizing 27-28 defeat. Can Red Bank Regional avenge their loss, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
